Crack Mac

  • 1 box macaroni

  • 1lb. ground pork

  • 1 - 22oz. can diced tomatoes

  • 1 shitload of chili powder (approx. 1/4 of a bottle)

  • 8oz. sour cream

Bring a pot with very salty water to a boil. When water comes to a boil, cook macaroni according to the instructions on the package.

While water comes to a boil, brown your pork, seasoning it with half of the chili powder. Add tomatoes and reduce heat to med-low.

When past is done cooking, drain and add to the meat mixture. Season with remaining chili powder and stir to combine. Turn the heat off and finish with sour cream, stirring until creamy.
